QQQ opened 1.55% higher and finished up 2.31%, while SPY opened 0.96% higher and ended up 1.59%. QQQ led by 0.72 percentage points. Miran argued that a 50-basis-point December cut would be appropriate and that 25 basis points should be the minimum. In the next 15 minutes, QQQ fell 0.11 percentage points and SPY fell 0.06.
Treasury and IRS guidance opened a path for crypto ETPs to stake assets and share rewards. Overnight, U.K. unemployment rose to 5.0%, above the 4.9% estimate and the prior 4.8% reading.
