The flash composite PMI slowed to 51.2 from 53.5, while the Beige Book said activity changed little and tariff uncertainty worsened several districts' outlooks.
Reports of Chinese technology companies accumulating Nvidia H20 chips kept AI demand in focus, and Lam Research beat quarterly earnings and revenue estimates after hours.
OPEC+ was reported to be considering another accelerated output increase for June, adding an energy-supply development to the macro news flow.
