Lenovo reported record quarterly revenue of $26.9 billion, up 43%, with AI-related revenue up 60%. Applied Materials later guided earnings and sales above consensus, and an overnight report said Apple was training a China-market AI model with Alibaba support.
ADNOC said two vessels were attacked while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, with no injuries reported. Overnight, at least four Asian refiners were reported to have bought U.S. crude as traffic through the strait fell below this month's average.
