Hormuz transit, Fed-hike odds and major technology stories lead Sunday's closed-market agenda

U.S. markets were closed, leaving QQQ and SPY at Friday's regular closes with neither ahead. Iran announced plans for a restricted zone outside Hormuz, Kpler's 10-day average put daily cargo-ship traffic at 10, the lowest since May, and Iran said it and Oman were close to a safe-navigation corridor agreement. CME FedWatch put the probability of a September 25-basis-point hike at 58.3%. Nvidia's Jensen Huang said GPT-6 Astra was trained on more than 100,000 Grace Blackwell NVLink72 systems, while authorities reported at least five deaths after an Amazon cargo-plane accident in Miami.
